It is important to understand the nature of the beast called sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination prohibited by Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. and Ohio Revised Code § 4112.02(A).
